What is the Purpose of the Role:

As the Fundraiser, you will collaborate with Unidef to strategize fundraising initiatives and engage potential investors. Your primary responsibility will involve effectively conveying the project's vision, mission, and investment opportunities to attract and retain high-value investors.

About Our Client:

Our client is a rapidly growing token project with over one million community members. Operating on a community-based model, they aim to be a leading name in the crypto market. Compensation for this role will be based on a success fee following successful fundraising efforts, targeting nearly $20 million USD for phases 2 and 3 across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective fundraising strategy
• Identify and assess diverse investment opportunities
• Define KPIs and best practices
• Cultivate and expand investor relationships
• Promote investment opportunities within your network
• Engage potential collaborators in the industry
• Strategize and execute investor communication plans
• Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Extensive network within reputable VCs, investment firms, banks, fund management entities, family offices, etc.
• Willingness to work on a success fee agreement
• Substantial experience in fundraising and investor relations
• Preferable experience in token investments

Payment Structure:

Compensation based on a success fee model.
