Duties & Responsibilities - Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.- Configure and customize software applications to meet client requirements, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate with developers to implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Provide training and support to clients during implementation and post-implementation phases.- Proactively identify risks and issues, and work with the project team to mitigate them.
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to functional consulting.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- years of experience working as a functional consultant or business analyst, preferably in [industry/domain].
Strong understanding of business processes and experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.- Proficiency in analyzing data and generating insights to support decision-making.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar are a plus.
