To manage the international student pass application via the Education Malaysia Global Service (EMGS).- To provide support for the wellbeing of international students during their time of study at AeU.
To provide service for the attestation of academic documents.
- To update the Alumni database from time to time.
To provide support the students & alumni activities.- To assist for the tracer studies, student feedback & other relevant studies.
To perform any other tasks and duties as assigned by the HOD
Good in English & Bahasa Melayu
- Good in PowerPoint, Excel & all Office software
Must have own transport (preferably car)- Immediate availability is a plus
