Title- Engineering Manager (Fullstack Low Code Development)

Loc-Cyberjaya

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of engineers/developers focused on fullstack and low-code platform development.

Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of secure and scalable solutions for trading applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering projects with business goals.

Ensure development excellence by implementing best practices in CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and security.

Drive innovation by exploring new tools and methodologies, such as GitHub Copilot and advanced security measures.

Qualifications:

Experience:Minimum 810 years in software development or engineering, with at least 35 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Proven expertise in fullstack development and low-code platforms like OutSystems, Mendix, or similar technologies.

Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud technologies, and DevOps.

Experience with AI-driven development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and advanced security protocols.

Familiarity with fintech or trading platforms is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, market data integration, and financial services compliance.

Knowledge of trading systems, including mobile and web-based applications.
