Ensure an excellent dining experience for the experience by providing friendly and efficient service. This includes taking orders, delivering food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Greets guests as they arrive and guides them to their table.
Take customer orders accurately, including any special requests or dietary requirements.- Deliver food and drinks to the table promptly, ensuring the correct order is served.
Knowledgeable about the menu, including daily specials, to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
- Process customer payments, handle cash, credit & debit cards
Pre-bass dishes, glasses and silverware from the table; set the table for the next guest.- Keep the dining room clean and well maintained, including the table, chairs, and floor.
Assist kitchen staff, bartenders and other wait staff as needed.
- Promote specials and sell menu items to increase revenue.
Salary can reach up to RM2,200
Guaranteed incentive: RM550 (service point)- Guaranteed incentive: RM50 (SP2)
Attendance allowance (no MC/ holiday and so on)
Food included
Have F&B experience as a server, but no experience is welcome- Having the stamina to carry heavy dishes
Can serve non-halal drinks
Can work shifts- Working hours : 8am-
- 30pm, 9am-5.30pm, 12pm-10pm (1.5 hours OT) and 4pm-12.30am
