Job Description of Senior Lecturer cum Programme Coordinator:

The primary role of this position will be to assist the Head of Department in managing the department's activities effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering high-quality lectures and supervising student projects

Assisting in the development of new syllabi and continuous curriculum improvement initiatives

Coordinating departmental events

Maintaining the database and managing MQA archives

Liaising with other departments for student activity photoshoots and artwork archiving

Overseeing part-time lecturers and providing orientation for new faculty members on COBE & attendance

systems.

Preparing necessary reports and documentation for audits

Guiding students in art contest submissions

Requirements :

Diploma in Graphic Design and Advertising

Required Skills : Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop

Teaching Subjects : Colour Studies, Desktop Publishing, Visual Communication,

Typography

At least 5 years of teaching / industry experience
