FULL TIME EXPERT BARISTA NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!!!_
- Pay: RM2,
- 00 - RM2,700.00.
- Shift & Schedule: Full Time, Rotational shift, 9.00am-10.00pm
- Location: Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as espresso, latte, cappuccino, and drip coffee, according to company recipes and standards.- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Ensure the quality of coffee beans and other ingredients meets our standards.
Handle cash and card transactions, including operating the POS system and handling payments accurately.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, including the preparation and serving areas, as well as customer seating areas.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of food and beverage items.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to create a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours and assist in other ad-hoc tasks as needed.- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
Has working experience at least 2 years and expert as a Barista (REQUIRED)
.- Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and a passion for coffee quality.
Experience with latte art is a plus.
- Familiar with Cafe workflows including opening and closing cafe shop.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
