• OUTLET LOCATION :

Shah Alam Seksyen 9 (SA9)

• Shah Alam Seksyen 13 (SA13)

SS3 Petaling Jaya (SS3)

• SALARY :

Basic Salary: RM 2,000

• Bonus every 6 months if KPI is achieved

• REQUIREMENTS :

Healthy body & able to move actively

• Can be independent and work alone

Have a vaccine/MySejahtera card

• Must undergo training for 5 days at the training outlet

Have own vehicle & free to move to other outlets if directed without hindrance

• Must have a valid vehicle license and be able to travel to the branch

• WORKING HOURS :

Working hours: 9:30 am 7:00 pm / 11:30 am 9:00 pm

• Break: 2 hours (2:30 pm- 4:30 pm or 4:30 pm- 6:30 pm)

6 days a week

• OT if notified by superiors

Any change of working hours is at the discretion of the Company

• JOB SCOPE :

Increase kiosk & laundry sales.

• Customer Service: (even DobiQueen - Self-service Laundry) - Answer questions & Provide service and assistance to customers

Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) service: Help customers wash and dry clothes.

• Free Transfer service: Transferring the customer's clothes from the washer to the dryer.

Easy Folding service: Folding the customer's clothes with a simple technique to avoid wrinkles for Free Transfer & Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) service (without charge).

• Folding Service: Folding the customer's clothes according to the company's SOP (charges apply & employees will receive a commission).

Keeping the branch clean while working.

• Prepare daily reports - Opening, Closing and Sales of DobiQueen Products.

Managing the Foto-Zzoom kiosk (Passport, 4R printing & Photostat).

• Manage laundry equipment such as gas, pumps, etc. in the branch to ensure operations run smoothly.

Compliant and ready to cooperate with the Retail Manager in managing the branch.

• Perform other tasks that have been set by the management from time to time.

• Work alone in the branch, like you are the owner of the branch.
