Full Stack Developer - Immediate Hiring

Location: Petaling Jaya, ONSITE

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital platforms, including our website and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with our project manager and DevOps lead to deliver effective solutions that support our mission and impact.

• Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain backend services using WordPress, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.

- Implement frontend solutions using Node.js, creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

- Build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, integrating with backend services and ensuring seamless user experiences.

- Collaborate with the project manager to understand requirements, prioritise tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.

- Work with the DevOps lead to deploy applications and manage infrastructure improvements.

- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and payment gateways as needed.

- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure code quality and stability.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and propose improvements to current processes and technologies.

• Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with expertise in WordPress, Node.js, and Flutter.

- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS

  - Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
  
  - Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
  
  - Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  
  - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  
  - Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
  
  - Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  
  - Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud, including provisioning, deployment, and monitoring of cloud resources.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams.

- Active participation in open-source projects or contributions to developer communities.

- Experience in optimizing frontend and backend performance for high traffic applications.

- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices to enhance website visibility and performance.

- Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
