Job Description:- Diploma in Hotel Management/ Business Management/ Front Office Management.
At least 3-4- years working experience in Hotel/ Front Office Management at Supervisory level.- Candidates with experience of working for 3 years in Hotel/ Front Office are encouraged to apply.
Able to work on Shift duties on Weekdays, Weekends & Public Holidays.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and to reports to Head of Department.
Fresh Graduates with Degree in Hotel Management/ Business Management/ Front Office Management are encouraged to apply.- Basic Computer knowledge.
To oversee on the daily Operations of Front Office Associate at Main Reception Counter.- Managing and Training Front Office Associate.
To ensure consistently high standard of Customer Service is delivered to our Members and Guest.
- To check and monitor on daily payment and cash flow at Front Office.
* To ensure that all tasks assigned are completed on time.
- To attend to Members/ Guest enquires and to direct them accordingly.
