Description
- Manage market and credit risk limits application, allocation & monitoring, and perform periodic risk limits review.
- Support new business development in risk related areas such as sizing and trade booking approach to meet internal controls, risk regulatory and capital requirements.
- Coordinate, monitor and track the conventional and Islamic risk documentation requirement e.g. ISDA, GMRA, TMA, CDEA etc.
- Responsible to liaise with support units and meet the GM margining management (Unclear Margin Rules, CSA, Variation Margin etc), clearing requirements (Central Clearing Party, Clearing Brokers etc) and the adherence of related protocols.
- As part of monitoring and control units to perform trade surveillance, assessment and parameter review for front running, wash trades, position parking, and brokerage analysis.
- Coordinate regulatory trade reporting requirements & risk query from regulator.
- Working with GM front office, Market & Credit Risk, Treasury Finance, and Treasury Operations to revise processes and reduce operational risk.
- Ensure effective business continuity planning, testing and management.
- To be involved in robotic process automation (RPA UiPath) and maintenance of MyGM digital platform.
- Continuously develop BMUs analytics requirements (BI tools QlikView, Tableau, Power BI etc).
Job Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or individuals with 1-3 years of experience in risk management, financial engineering, technology or business process transformation-related fields are encouraged to apply.
