Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for the general administration and profitability of the operation of the Front Office Department.
- Manages and motivates the Front Office Team in order to provide a high standard of service for customers.
- Maintain courteous guest service and respond promptly to guest questions, complaints and or/request.
- Collaborate closely with other departments in order to ensure event specification are communicated and understood for provide satisfactory services to customers.
- Review the Daily Night Audit Report, Daily Occupancy Report to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and control inventories for operation use to ensure par stocks are maintained and costs are controlled.
- Implement and control departmental procedures including lost and found, key card control, security and emergency procedures, health and safety for employees and guests.
- Other duty as assigned by the management.
- Possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year (s) of working experience in a related field is required.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Must be computer literate.
- Outgoing characteristics, good communication and interpersonal skills, responsible and positive attitude.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/ Tourism Services or equivalent.
