Reinforces image and grooming standards, ensuring associates are appropriately attired.
Updates associates on rules and policies governing special promotions.
Understands business goals of the hotel industry, including average rate, occupancy, and profitability.
Adheres to hotel processes and procedures.
Focuses on guest experience and maintains/increases guest review index score.
Trains all section personnel according to the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
Assists in operation with associates.
Promotes hotel facilities and services.
Maintains cleanliness of the hotel, lobby area, front desk, back offices, and other public areas.
Maintains computer system and hardware integrity.
Ensures excellent guest service through check-in and check-out procedures.
Follows up on guest requests and updates guest history
Resolves and reports all guest problems and complaints.
Schedules Front Office associates to maximize service and efficiency of labour costs.
Completes guest tracking accurately.
Develops excellent profile of preferences for each return guest
Participates in the preparation of the annual marketing and budget plan.
Adheres to the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for all tasks.
Works closely with the Manager team to maximize guest experience.
Trains and communicates with team & manager on a daily basis.
Drives upsell program aggressively and meets monthly upsell budget.
Analyzes guest feedback and amends SOPs where necessary.
Drives direct bookings to achieve Rooms Division target.
Interacts with guests and individuals within the hotel.
Coordinates functions and activities with teams under supervision.
Implements operational strategic plan, marketing plan, budget, and goals programme.
Ensures highest level of guest satisfaction.
Maximizes operation profit and maintains sound accounting controls.
Proposes an annual budgets E.g CAPEX.
Monitors staff welfare and customer protection.
Monitors the operational implementation of external and internal operational training plan.
Ensures smooth operation of Guest Services, Front Office service, and Concierge.
Provides quality service while maximizing room revenue and productivity.
Possess excellent communication skills, professional business appearance, and flexibility.
