DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Report for work punctually in a proper and neat attire complete with name tag.
Read logbook and initial at the beginning of every shift.
Attend daily briefing before start of shift.
Perform reception functions.
Assist guest in opening/handling of safe boxes.
Perform cashiers functions.
Attend to all guest enquires, request and complaints.
Perform reservation functions as and when required.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area
Handling of Foreign Exchange.
Ensure all shift closing are balance.
To report to superiors of all guest complaints.
Maintain safety/security and confidentiality at all times.
Maximize revenue through up selling and suggestive selling.
Generate reports as and when required.
Attend monthly meetings as and when required.
Perform other duties as and when required.
