Job Description

Job Description:
  • Ability to perform guest check in and check out
Handle room reservations
  • Handling guests enquiries via email/phone professionally
Able to provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Ability to plan and priorities work to exceed expectation
Front Desk telephone answering
  • Handling cashiering tasks
Coordinate with housekeeping on room status
  • Issuing of guest room keys
In charge of guest relations matters
  • Perform night audit works
Other duties as assigned by the Manager

  • REQUIREMENT
Able to communicate in English
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be advantage
Possess at least a SPM or equivalent
  • _NOT NECESSARY_ to have experience but will be an advantage if with hotel working experience
Service oriented with a cheerful, open minded and friendly personality
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest Service
Must be well organized, responsible, willing to learn and work independently.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply Positive attitude, initiative, multitasking, work with minimal supervision
  • Applicants must be willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
Good team player and willing to learn
  • Strong disciplines, commitments and self-initiative
Required to have own transport
  • Full time positions
