Roles and Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome members and guests to the gym with a warm and professional demeanor.
Manage the reception area, including handling incoming WhatsApp messages and emails and responding to inquiries.- Schedule and coordinate appointments, classes, and personal training sessions.
Process memberships, renewals, and provide information on gym services and promotions.
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk and lobby area.
Ensure all forms, waivers, and administrative documents are up-to-date and properly filed.- Handle transactions and manage the point of sale system accurately.
Provide a tour of the gym facilities to new and prospective members.
- Assist in managing locker rooms and other gym facilities to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and order.
Coordinate with other staff to handle customer feedback and resolve any issues swiftly.- Assist in organizing and promoting gym events and challenges.
Uphold the gyms policies and procedures to ensure a safe and friendly environment for all.
