Salary: Started RM8,700 - RM9,000 (Overseas Opportunity - Macau)
Job requirements:
High school diploma or above.
Strong initiative and enthusiasm for work.
Relevant work experience is preferred.
Fluent in English & Mandarin / Cantonese.
Experience in 5 Stars Hotel is advantage.
Responsibility:
1) Responsible for the daily operation of the hotel front desk.
2) Greet guests with a polite and professional attitude, handle check in, room allocation, and check out procedures.
3) Answer phone inquiries and handle complaints.
4) Provide customers with hotel data, introduce hotel facilities, and promote hotel activities.
