Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously.
Greet and assist walk-in guests and visitors professionally.
  • Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail to the appropriate departments/personnel.
Maintain cleanliness of the reception area and meeting rooms.
  • Ensure a pleasant appearance that meets company standards.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Job Requirements
SPM level and above
  • At least 1 year of related working experience.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
  • Possess pleasant personality with good telephone etiquette.
* Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,500.00 per month
