Job Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously.
Greet and assist walk-in guests and visitors professionally.- Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail to the appropriate departments/personnel.
Maintain cleanliness of the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Ensure a pleasant appearance that meets company standards.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
SPM level and above- At least 1 year of related working experience.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Possess pleasant personality with good telephone etiquette.
* Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
