Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Manage and maintain the front desk area, including handling mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and reorder as necessary.
  • Provide support for internal events and company meetings.
  • Handle any visitor inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
