Job DescriptionWe are a rehabilitation centre providing healthcare services for spine and joint diseases. Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals strive to help patients recover from pain and regain their active lifestyle. We are looking for a front desk executive to join our team to assist with the operations.
- Responsibilities and Duties
Handle incoming enquiries via phone calls and text messages promptly
- Welcome and assist visitors and patients
Handle new patient registrations- Organise schedules and appointments
Organise and maintain good filing system for smooth and quick data recovery
- Manage and maintain centre's facilities and office supplies
Assist in preparation of reports- Handle invoicing and collection of payments
Maintain and ensure strict confidentiality in all areas of work
- Qualifications and Skills
Minimum qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's
- Fluent English communication (spoken & written), Malay and Mandarin optional
Maintain a friendly and pleasant disposition- Enjoys working with people
Attention to detail
On the job training will be provided. Renumeration depends on skill and experience.
