Job Descriptions;- To attend all visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately.
To ensure all visitors check-in via Visitor Log system.- To ensure all phone calls are screen through, answer and directed to the respective personnel.
To attend enquiries and provide basic information when required.
- To attend and compile Office Management Service Requests..
To sort online faxes and distribute via email.- To receive company mailings & parcels, record, sort by department and send to mailing pigeon hole.
To assist departmental outgoing mailing & courier services.
- To monitor, coordinate and organise meeting room accordingly.
To assist in issuing 2in1 access card whenever required.- To assist in hotel bookings and invoicing.
To maintain cleanliness and tidy at front desk area.
- Perform other clerical works such as filing, data entry & etc.
Provide store operations support during festive seasons and stock-take- Participate in corporate social responsibility activities.
Able to start immediately- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Maluri, Cheras.
Well-organized. Attention to details.
- Ability to deal with different level of visitors.
