Job Responsibilities:_
- Greet and assist patients and visitors at the reception counter.
Schedule appointments for procedures and ensure accurate record-keeping.- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of services and accurate billing.
Provide excellent customer service with kindness and empathy.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of test reports.
Generate test reports according to established protocols to prevent errors that may impact customers.- Ensure test results are delivered correctly and promptly.
Maintain compliance with PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) regulations.

Job Requirements:_
- Must have at least SPM Qualification.
Previous experience in reception or administrative roles preferred.- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of PDPA regulations and commitment to maintaining data privacy.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare environment.
