Job Summary:

The Front Desk Assistant for an oil and gas company serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth, organized, and welcoming environment. The assistant will handle reception duties, provide administrative support, and ensure the overall efficient operation of the front office.

Daily tasks will involve:

  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Booking meeting room.
  • Arranging couriers.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy.
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls.
  • Screening phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing document.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is preferred, ideally within the oil and gas or energy industry.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
