Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Take medical histories and vital signs
  • Prepare patients for adjustments or therapies
  • Explain treatments and answer questions
  • Provide exercises and home care instructions
  • Manage files, schedule appointments
  • Handle billing and insurance claims
  • Clean and sterilize equipment
  • Answer phone calls, handle emails, greet patients
  • Manage social media, create newsletters, organize events
  • Order and maintain supplies and educational materials

Job Requirements

  • Min possess SPM or equivalent
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and proactive approach to work
  • Good teamwork ability
  • Sociable, lively, and cheerful personality
  • Strong language skills and understanding of confidentiality
  • Adept at welcoming, guiding, and contacting patients
  • Sensitive to the needs of others
  • Skilled in handling emergencies
