PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Handle full set of accounts, review accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, bank reconciliations and inter-co reconciliations.
Process monthly payments following approved procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance.- Timely and accurate completion of all monthly and yearly closing activities.
Monitor cash flow needs and ensure timely and accurate management of payables and receivables.
- Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports as required.
Ensure compliance with MFRS and maintain consistency in applying accounting policies across the group.- Assist in the budgeting process, including gathering relevant financial data, conducting analysis, and providing support for forecasting activities.
Identify improvement areas and initiate changes to improve the financial reporting and accounting operational processes.
- Leverage technology to constantly improve productivity and quality of finance processes.
Liaise with bankers, company corporate finance, auditor, tax agent on banking and financial matters.- Provide supporting documentation for audits
Scanning & filing of all finance documents.
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks compatible with the job description and objectives as needed.

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Professional Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Good command in writing and speaking English and Bahasa Melayu.
- High calibre, able to perform task independently, mature, resourceful, and committed to work.
- Proactive, willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Training will be provided.
