Job Title: Freelance Accountant- Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Freelance Accountant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial advice. - Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, statements, and reports.
- Conduct routine bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
- Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (for fresh graduates).
- One year of relevant accounting experience (for candidates with experience).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Work Environment:
Work with flexible hours.(1 or 2 times a week come to office)- Access to necessary accounting software and tools.
Regular virtual meetings with clients and team members.
Competitive hourly rate or project-based compensation, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
