Job Responsibilities- Prepare and submit the declaration correctly into the right online (or manual) platforms to ensure no hindrance or delays for all shipments, well in advance.
To process customs declaration (K1,K2,K3,K4,K8,K9, ZB or PKFZ).- Playing a support role in the implementation of new regulations, operating procedures and workflow process related to Forwarding.
Keep updated on new trade compliance rules, customs requirements, etc.
- Assist in formulating SOPs to ensure proper communication matrix to meet and exceed customer expectations and internal communication.
Provide support to all vendors, suppliers, agents, and government agencies to facilitate the export department objectives while ensuring accurate accounting functions relating to the billing, distribution, and collection of funds.- Good knowledge handing export and import both for FCL and LCL shipment.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
- Responsible for custom clearance ,tax/ duties payment for import clearance
- At least a degree, preferable major in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management.
At least 2 years of working experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding is preferred.
- Has working experience in a global forwarding/logistics company.
Well versed experience in handling LCL, FCL, Transhipment and Nomination shipments.- Familiar with carriers and port web application.
Kursus Agent Kastam (KEK) Certificate.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
