Job Description
- Ensure all processes whether import or export are carried out in accordance with established procedures and instruction s in compliance with regulatory requirements
Ensure timely preparation of documents for custom clearance, inward permit applications, delivery order etc for import or export consignments in compliance with customer requirements and import regulation.- Arrange timely delivery/collection of cargoes to customers according to schedules.
Assist customer on urgent clearance of cargoes as and when required.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to relevant parties as needed.
Handling customers complaints timely and professionally.
Job Requirement
- Preferable with 2 years of similar working experience.
Attention to Detail and team player.
- Clear and effective communication for coordinating with various parties involved in the shipping process.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.- Ability to quickly identify and address issues that may arise during the shipping process.
Familiarity with shipping software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools will be added advantage
