Foreman (Proton)

• Production Supervision
• Monitor Production Lines: Oversee daily operations on the assembly line or production floor, ensuring that vehicles are assembled according to specifications and quality standards.

Ensure Efficiency: Optimize workflows to increase productivity and minimize downtime.

Team Management

Train and Mentor: Provide training to new technicians and ongoing guidance to current staff on best practices and safety procedures.

Quality Control

Inspect Output: Regularly inspect vehicles and components to ensure they meet Protons quality standards and specifications.Address Defects: Identify and rectify any issues or defects in the production process.

• Safety and Compliance
• Implement Safety Protocols: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed to create a safe working environment.

Conduct Safety Audits: Perform regular safety checks and audits to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Production Planning

Resource Allocation: Ensure that all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available and in good working condition.

Communication

Coordinate with Other Departments: Liaise with technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.Report to Management: Provide regular updates on production progress, challenges, and any significant issues to upper management.

• Problem-Solving
• Resolve Production Issues: Quickly address and troubleshoot any problems that occur on the production line.

Adapt Processes: Adjust production processes and workflows as needed to improve efficiency or address new challenges.

Maintenance Oversight

Coordinate Maintenance: Work with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment.Preventive Measures: Implement preventive measures to minimize equipment breakdowns and production delays.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automotive production processes and assembly techniques.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
