Key Responsibilities: - Prepare daily premixes and conduct routine calibration of lab equipment.
Maintain accurate records of premix room temperatures, calibration activities, daily premix preparation, and training.- Assist in testing new bakery ingredients and collecting baking data.
Prepare samples for internal and external evaluations.
- Support new product plant trials and stock takes.
Ensure the premix room and test kitchen are clean, organized, and well-stocked.- Follow safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
Assist with the operation and management of the D365 system.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or Science and Technology
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in related field
Competence in mathematics is a must- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Highly focused and detail-oriented in work tasks- Able to stand for extended periods while performing duties
Possesses manual dexterity for operating laboratory equipment and handling samples
