- To assist on visitation & audit from authority (MOH/PBT/JAKIM)
Check Food Safety & Halal compliance (Staff/ Department)- To maintain HACCP & HALAL system certification at outlets
To assist in pest monitoring
- To assist and investigate on customer complaint related to food/halal
- 2. Conduct Training (Internal)
Chemical training
Halal related training
- 3. To conduct audit (internal)
To conduct monthly Food Safety & Halal Audit- To conduct cross Food Safety & Halal Audit at any of AEON outlets (if any)
Report submission Food Safety & Halal- Attending meeting & training (if any)
Document compilation related to Food Safety & Halal compliance
- Advise store manager on Food Safety & Halal related issue.
