Job Description:- Assist in conducting quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the food production process.
Assist in conducting routine inspection of raw material, production processes and finished products.- Assist in conducting verification study for existing and new process of the plant.
Assist in conducting calibration for all our equipment in accordance with our procedure.
- Assist in preparing documents as official letter, product listing, product specification, export documentation for approval.
Back up QA Inline when needed.- Assit in conducting lab testing activities to ensure appropriate test methods and conditions are employed (Finished good, raw material and environmental monitoring).
Assist in arranging and preparing the report of internal and external shelf life study (Existing SKU, SFA and ETAK).
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Service or a related field
- Strong interest in food safety, quality assurance and laboratory testing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
5 working days (- 30am until 4.45pm)
- Saturday (upon request from HOD/QA Exec)
