You will play an important role in: planning, executing, and coordinating food handler training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to fit with the business needs. This role involves managing both internal and external training, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining training records.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Organize and conduct Food Handling Training sessions, ensuring proper certification, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness
  • Oversee Food Handling Training license renewals and liaise with regulatory authorities
  • Work with the F&B team to revise and maintain Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Standard Sequence of Product Preparation (SSOP) materials
  • Plan and execute other training programs for head office (HO) and cinema employees as when required
  • Manage external training registration, communicate with stakeholders, and coordinate logistics
  • Coordinate training registrations, logistical arrangements, and HRDC grant applications
  • Update training records and assign courses to employees through the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Perform administrative duties, including the creation of purchase orders
  • Prepare monthly updates for HR meetings, including slides and supporting documents

Must Have Requirements:

  • Certified by KKM with a Food Handlers Certificate
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Learning & Development role
  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in conducting F&B-related training and audits
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Familiar with Human Resource Development Corp (HRDC) administration
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Available to start immediately and based in Damansara Jaya SS22
