Job Responsibilities- Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements.
Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment. Inspect and maintain table set-ups for cleanliness, neatness and agreement with group requirements and company standards, and resolve any problems.- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Identify strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, which may involve feedback mechanisms, service training, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field.- Proven food and beverage management experience.
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
