Job Description
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you'll be responsible for the vibrant daily operations of our restaurant and bar. Your primary objective Ensuring every guest departs with satisfaction. By leading our energetic F&B team and managing costs and inventory, you'll be crucial in driving our business's success. Additionally, you'll enhance your leadership abilities by overseeing duty shifts based on our schedule and business needs. Join us in crafting unforgettable dining experiences and boosting profitability!
In this leadership role, you will:
Oversee menu innovation
Coordinate activities across multiple sites
Ensure quality assurance and prioritize customer satisfaction
Demonstrate adaptability and manage finances effectively
Invest in training and development
Facilitate clear communication
Uphold health and safety compliance
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in hospitality food & beverage, professional hospitality degree or hospitality management school and/or anyone eager to work in the sector regardless of their educational background, pending validation of their skills
At least 5 years experience in the sector and impeccable knowledge of F&B professions and team management
Computer literate
