- Lead, monitor, and develop the Production Department team to meet production KPIs.
Implement continuous improvement and waste reduction strategies to optimize overall production efficiency.- Ensure the factory area is clean and hygienic.
Ensure product conformance to quality standards.
- Prepare and analyze production reports for management review
