Job Scopes- Assist senior florists in preparation of flower bouquets including:
_Perform stock count_- _Process fresh cut flowers _
_Prepare wrapping & packaging materials_
- _Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of workspace_
_Assist in marketing, sales and deliveries of floral products including coordinate with dispatch personnel to ensure orders are delivered on time & respond to enquiries from customers_
Passion in floral arrangements and floristry- Desire to build a career in floral industry
Proactive attitude in completing tasks, finding new ways to resolve issues, and supporting team members across all business functions
- Able to work overtime during peak periods (e.g. Valentines Day, Mothers Day)
No prior experience in floral industry is required- Ability to speak and write English, Malay, and Chinese is a plus
Able to commute to and work in Petaling Jaya (our workshop is within walking distance from Kelana Jaya Line LRT station)
- 6 working days a week with total
- 5 rest days a month
Working hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm- Able to commit for at least 6 months
EPF, Socso, overtime allowance, travel allowance, medical allowance, meal allowance provided- Yearly performance-based bonus
Learning opportunities and mentorship to be a full-fledged florist in 1-2 years
