Job Title: Fleet Administrator- Oversee the management of fuel transaction discrepancies, ensuring accurate monitoring, recording, and verification.
Ensure the efficient administration of the companys vehicle fleet, including all related processes and documentation.- Coordinate the receipt and processing of vehicle documentation from various sources, including suppliers and regulatory bodies.
Maintain an organized system for vehicle documentation and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Supervise and monitor the work of subordinates effectively.
Manage and organize records and disposal of scheduled waste from the fleet workshop.- Document and follow up on vehicle accidents or incidents.
Communicate with suppliers, regulatory authorities, branch heads, and insurance companies as needed.
Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a any field.
- Alternatively, SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or an equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.- Excellent organizational skills to manage a large volume of vehicle documentation and records.
