Responsibilities:- Create and execute individual education plans (IEP) for each of the students in your care.
Communicate with others staff and family members about each student's progress and struggles.- Prepare detailed lesson plans at least three months in advance and submit them to Principle for approval.
Participate in IEP (individual education plans) meeting as scheduled by the school.
- Use individualized reinforcement techniques to keep each student on the path toward greatness.
Invite family member to participate in each student's educational progress.- Create and distribute progress reports and termly.
Confer with on-site therapist over disciplinary and behavioral issues with students.
- Create a safe, productive classroom environment.
Perform other official duties that may be assigned within due dates.- To update Principle on any matter regarding student as well human resource.
To conduct relevant assessment and reevaluations as required and schedules.
- Create, maintain and update accurate and complete records keeping procedure of student's work, progress and development.
Approach, promotes and communications effectively either verbal or written to parents and other professionals (eg: therapists, doctors or others support staff) in resulting of benefit to Agog Park's student and the school.
