Job Description- Position Responsibilities
Efficiently organize tasks to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Collaborate closely with team members throughout the design and project execution phases.
Ensure compliance with all instructions and guidelines outlined in the Design and CI Manual.- To assist in compiling site information into the SVC (Site Verification Checklist) following site visits.
Support the monitoring of general contractors and vendors during construction under senior guidance.
- Assist in conducting inspections with the main contractor upon project completion before business commencement, with senior oversight.
Demonstrate proficiency in managing timely project completions for new outlets through effective task organization.- Supervise the construction phase of the development process.
- Qualifications & Experience
At least Diploma/Degree in Building Surveyors/ Interior Design/Architecture or related fields.
- Exposure to current design trends preferably in retail or commercial designs.
Preferably with knowledge of AUTOCAD software.- Good interpersonal skills and demonstrates ability to work in a team.
Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Has good command of both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Any additional language will be an added advantage.- Able to commit a minimum 3 to 6 months internship period.
Possess own transport.
