Job Description
Own It :
- Operate and maintain existing Firewall and Web Application Firewall (WAF). Including on-premise Firewall as well as Cloud Firewall.
- Operate and maintain existing Intrusion Prevention System (IPS). Including on-premise IPS as well as Cloud IPS.
- Operate and maintain existing Anti-DDoS. Including on-premise Anti-DDoS as well as Cloud Anti-DDoS.
- Operate and maintain existing Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Zero-Trust hardware/ software.
- Proactively working with SOC team to getting latest threat intelligence and action accordingly.
- Regularly review the latest configuration of Firewall, Web Application Firewall, Intrusion Prevention System and Anti-DDoS.
- Regularly review the latest security configuration in cloud infrastructure.
- Assist in the design, evaluation, and implementation of new security technologies.
Build Trust
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate security risks, fostering a culture of trust and cooperation.

- Work closely with internal and external auditors to demonstrate compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Work with various internal teams to identify gaps, improve security posture and response capabilities.

- Adapt to changing security threats and technologies, simplifying processes to act quickly in response to evolving challenges.
- Demonstrates the ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Delight Customers
- Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and service providers to ensure the organization's security needs are met.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and polite manner, addressing concerns promptly.
Job Requirements
- 7 years of experience in Firewall Security function.
- 3 years of experience in operating Web Application Firewall and cloud technology.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience on Firewall configuration, WAF configuration, IPS configuration, etc.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience on Cloud technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security or equivalent practical experience.
- Good to have certifications such as Comptia Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, ISMS, ITIL etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communications in English.
- Experience identifying, investigating, and responding to complex attacks in the cloud and on premises.
- Strong understanding of threat landscape in terms of the tools, tactics, and techniques (TTP).
- Must be able to take ownership and take matters to their logical conclusion.
- Flexible, independent, proactive working attitude, result-oriented.
