As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the merchandising strategy of the brand through data-driven insights. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to product performance, sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics. By leveraging your analytical skills and business acumen, you will provide actionable recommendations to enhance product assortment, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
- Key Responsibility Areas:
- ERP/Software Applications
Experience with ERP systems or software applications is preferred.
- Communication and Teamwork
Exhibit strong communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team player.
Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), cost accounting, and ad-hoc reporting is a must.
Proficient in using WinSQL for database management and reporting.
Possess strong analytical skills to identify the root causes of issues and provide effective solutions to the finance team.
Basic knowledge of how POS systems integrate with M3 ERP systems.
Provide support for other applications that are linked with the M3 system.
- Additional Responsibilities
Willingness to take on other tasks as assigned by managers
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial operations and ERP systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Proficiency in WinSQL and other relevant software tools.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and their integration with ERP systems.
Flexibility to support additional applications and perform various tasks as needed.- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
