Job Description

1) Collaborate with various internal teams and external consultants during the month end closing
and budget update window to ensure financial data is accurately recorded in the financial systems.
2) Hands on interaction with various finance systems to design the chart of accounts and
dimension hierarchies, load data entries, analyse the financials such as Profit & Loss and Balance
Sheet, perform data validation and reconciliation.
3) Regular system and process reviews to identify processes that can be deleted, simplified, and
automated.
4) Work on cross functional projects to automate tasks and to improve efficiency through
technological tools.
5) Handle Zendesk ticket requests related to application access, dimension updates, data issues,
change requests and system enhancements.
6) Guide a team of external consultants to execute system related requests by clearly breaking
down a business requirement into actionable steps based on how the system is set up.
Essential Experience / Criteria:
1) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics or a related field.
2) 1-3 years of experience with Enterprise Performance Management software. Major advantage
to candidates with Oracle EPM product suite knowledge specifically in Oracle Planning and
Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) or Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service
(PCMCS).
3) Good understanding of financial statements (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet), financial
consolidation, close processes, dimension hierarchies, system data flow and account reconciliation
concepts.
4) Independent problem solver who has a data driven mindset, capable of working in a fast-paced
environment and hungry for growth.
5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various
teams and stakeholders.
6) Detail oriented and accurate with numbers.

1) Oracle EPM Cloud certification or relevant Oracle certifications.
2) Experience with Anaplan, Oracle ERP Fusion, and Oracle EPM products such as Oracle Planning
and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) or Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service
(PCMCS).
3) Familiar with data management concepts such as data integration across systems, database
model and visualization tools like Power BI dashboard.
4) Familiarity with project planning, project management methodologies and best practices
