Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor daily communications and answer any queries
  • Ensure payments, amounts and records are correct
  • Use spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
  • Record and file cash transactions
  • Invoice processing and filing
  • Process expense requests for approval by accountant
  • Liaise with third-party vendors, customers and suppliers.
  • Update and maintain procedural documentation

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or job applicants with no work experience are welcome to apply
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of common bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meticulous, committed and able to meet tight deadlines Fresh graduates or candidates with no work experience are welcome to apply

  • Mathematical skills
  • Able to listen and read Mandarin
