Responsibilities - Accountable for finance, accounting and tax function including financial management reporting of the company (and Group) in Singapore and Malaysia, controlling function treasury, accounting, cash flow management, tax and audit activities to archive the company vision.
To ensure that all financial and accounting reports are in accordance with the Malaysia/Singapore General Accepted Accounting principles including relevant Tax authorities and Government bank regulation, also comply with international regulation (for operations based in overseas).- To formulate short and long-term financial goals to include financial planning. forecasting, financial modeling, asses the Group financial viability of potential project, merger and acquisition due diligence/ acquisition valuation analysis.
Malaysia citizen- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay Language.
Preferably has experience in corporate financial, capital market and money market related matters.
- 15 years experience in Finance, Tax, Accounting related working experience.
Preferably has a Chartered Accountant / Certified Public Accountant/ Certified Management Accountant or equivalent.- Good knowledge in project management skills, problem solving and Accounting Standard (IFRS, MFRS etc.).
Has network with Bank, Financial Institutions, Government, in Singapore and Malaysia.
