The opportunity
The
Financial Compliance Authorization team at Roche is responsible for both the
Governance and Operational Support of the Roche Authorization concept. We play a crucial role in ensuring the design and implementation of single business process task authorization and business roles, in cooperation with Functional Business Process Managers . Our primary focus is to maintain compliance with all requirements, such as SoD (Segregation of Duties) and RSSS (Role-Based Security and Segregation), while providing daily operational support to ensure uninterrupted business continuity.
As a
Financial Compliance Authorization Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the creation of final business role authorization designs based on user requirements. You will work closely with responsible business process managers to align the design and ensure the right business context. Additionally, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all compliance requirements are met during the authorization role design process.
As a
Financial Compliance Authorization Analyst you will be:
- Ensuring the effective and efficient support of global processes in the area of SAP authorization concepts
- Supporting SAP end- users with resolving arising authorization issues
- Providing access management support in case of missing role / job function assignment , for missing / locked users
- Raising requests to 2nd Level Support for user creation / unlocking / change of user parameters
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the overall Internal Controls organization and broader business
- First point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring collaborative relationship
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is self motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to making a difference , have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, follow-through, and manage multiple tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines.
Furthermore, you have:
- Bachelor's degree in a business or IT related field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Science, etc.)
- 3-4 years of SAP experience (preferably in a consultant and/or helpdesk role)
- Strong knowledge in the area of (SAP) authorization and access management and GRC tools, based on business process management or IT experience and expertise
- Proven customer-centric mindset (internal and external)
- Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
- Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility)
- Very good skills in English
