Collect and Consolidate Financial reports from multiple sources on monthly basis.- Consolidate and distribute Spares and Service booking and revenue by BU and location.
Ability to perform analysis on actual results against Forecast and Operating Plan
- Ability to complete forecasting on quarterly basis.
Compute Global Commissions on quarterly basis.- Any other ad-hoc assignment according to business needs.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Experience: 3 years of financial analysis and general accounting experience in public account or private industry. Experience in a global manufacturing company preferred.
- Skills / Technical Requirements:
Basic knowledge of US GAAP rules and corporate tax rules.- Basic knowledge of SEC reporting.
Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley legislation.
- Familiarity with multi-company and multi-currency consolidations. o MS Office, intermediate level in Excel (preferably advanced), Word, Powerpoint and a range of integrated accounting systems (Oracle background), databases and software applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community.- Database management skills.
Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership to professional personnel in areas of expertise.
- Complex account reconciliation skills.
