This hybrid role bridges finance and systems expertise, supporting close to 40 global financial systems. The analyst will focus on functional finance and system support, with an emphasis on General Ledger (GL) modules, ensuring seamless operations and user assistance within the record to report and plan to project finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for financial systems (PeopleSoft, Hyperion Suite, Essbase).
- Act as the primary contact for incident resolution and request fulfillment using ITIL processes.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams for consistent system performance and process improvements.
- Support project transitions to a production environment and assist with developing business requirements and documentation.
Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in financial system support, focusing on GL modules.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes, accounting principles, and systems.
- Excellent English communication skills to work with diverse global teams.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., spreadsheets, financial modeling).
