Job Descriptions
- Manage overall accounting processing for the supervised company.
Handle tax declaration and annual audit for the supervised company.- Verify and follow up on various accounts receivable and payable.
Review and standardize the daily expense reimbursement, ensuring legal and compliant submission of expense receipts, and strictly adhere to the expense reimbursement approval system.
- Generate monthly financial statements and perform statement analysis.
Cooperate with tax, audit, and other departments, providing required data promptly and accurately while maintaining good communication with all parties.- Handle external communication with banks, tax authorities, and other relevant departments.
Excellent in writing and speaking of both English, Bahasa Malaysia as well as Mandarin in order to communicate with team members.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Management Information System, Information Technology, Finance or equivalent; Professional accounting qualification (CA, PA & ACCA) is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in deep functional finance operations.- We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Big 4 accounting firms.
