Job Description

Job responsibilities:
  • Responsible for collecting all relevant financial documents, including invoices, receipts, contracts, etc., and regularly checking the completeness and accuracy of the documents.
Responsible for the verification and entry of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Responsible for reviewing various store documents and performing calculations according to standards.
Manage various payments and promptly provide financial statements or reports.
  • Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
  • Job requirements:
Possess the relevant accounting certification.
  • Have more than 3 years of accounting work experience.
Familiar with commonly used financial software and proficient in Excel.
  • Familiar with international accounting standards and related financial, tax and auditing regulations and policies, and understand local standards and tax in Vietnam, Malaysia and countries in Southeast Asia will be advantages.
Strong communication skills, meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, and good team spirit.
  • Quick learning ability and the ability to adapt to the company's rapid development needs.
Proficiency in Chinese communication is preferred as this role requires to speak with Mandarin speaker stakeholders.
  • Prefer short notice period or immediate starter

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Monday to Friday
